Techniq Group Swimming Services Cancelation Policy

Private/ Semi-Private Swim Lessons:

Any swimming lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the beginning of the lesson, will be billed the full cost of the lesson (switching instructors will be treated as rescheduling). Given our significant waiting list and prepaid pool rental fees, it is important that all of our available time slots are used to serve clients.

Group Programs:

Any participant in a group program, including kids groups, adult groups and clinics, may be canceled with a full refund up until 1 week before the program begins. After this point 50% refunds will be issued until 72 hours before the program begins. Cancelations within 72 hours of the programs start will be billed the full program cost.
