For far too long, the available options for advancing youth swimmers have been either “not swimming” or “swimming 5+ sessions a week”. “The Middle Lane” seeks to remedy this gap in services for busy kids and families.

Through the integration of foundational and technical topics, swimmers of any background will be provided a springboard to new levels of success. The Middle Lane’s progressive curriculum will be presented by expert coach, Jeff Gross, who will be assisted by Techniq Group Expert, Zach Beckwith. The program will cover the four competitive strokes in addition to starts, turns, underwater phases and breakouts. Our philosophy is to meet swimmers at any point in their progression and help them towards their unique goals.
