The below training program should be performed at least three times per week and we much as daily, alternating between “Day A” and “Day B”

1 x 30 seconds on each side

2-3 rounds of 5 breaths. Breath in for a 3 count through the nose and out for a 6 count through the mouth.
2-3 Rounds of 10 reps each at a controlled pace
2-3 rounds of 5 reps at a controlled pace
